HAMED RODRIGUEZ ARCHITECT LEED A. P.
Hamed Rodriguez is the principal of Hamed Rodriguez Architects Inc. and Co-owner and founder of Energy Cost Solutions Group.
Member of Sapere Group a Miami nonprofit organization focused on educating the communtiy. He holds a Masters of Architecture Degree from the University of Florida, a recipient of the AIA Hendry Adams Medal and is a Florida registered architect and LEED Approved Professional. Hamed has over 15 years of architectural experience and has designed the first “Green” LEED Gold building in Dade County. Areas of expertise are in commercial and residential architectural and interior design, land planning and sustainable consulting. Additional services include building analysis reports and energy cost reduction strategies. Hamed’s company is among the first in South Florida to successfully and quantifiably reduce energy use in existing buildings. Hamed and his team oversee each project from schematic design to construction documents and throughout construction administration. His extensive field experience and knowledge of building codes and government requirements equal that of his sensibility for detailing which contribute to keeping projects on schedule without compromising quality. Hamed has mastered the ability to take the concept into technical reality. Listening to the client and translating the information along with the requirements of all the consultants has proved to lead his production team to project completion on time and within the client’s expectation.
ALAN E. KRINZMAN LEED AP & Attorney At Law
Alan Krinzman has a distinguished background in the areas of developer/lender issues on real estate transactions of all types. He is one of less than 100 LEED accredited attorneys in the State of Florida. Mr. Krinzman has represented various clients in acquiring and developing or renovating all types of commercial properties, as well as negotiating construction budgets and contracts, overseeing contractors and architects, and navigating zoning variances, board approvals and the permitting process. Mr. Krinzman is admitted to the Florida and Louisiana Bars, a member of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County, Inc., and is on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida. Mr. Krinzman is also personally involved in the ownership and management of office and warehouse properties located in South Florida, and obtained his law degree from Vanderbilt University, and his undergraduate bachelor of arts degree with honors in economics from Tulane University.

Licensed Capt. For vessels up to 500 tons on any ocean, under sail or tow.
