JOE FLEMING

Mr. Fleming is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He has education in commercial and residential building system design and construction.

His professional experience includes design and engineering of Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, Plumbing Systems, Electrical systems, and Building Automation Systems in commercial and residential buildings.  He has extensive experience installing, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of all mechanical systems in commercial and residential building applications.  He has extensive experience in building energy modeling for LEED projects, ASHRAE compliance, 179D compliance, and local/regional energy code compliance.  He also has performed over 100 energy models and energy audits of mechanical, lighting, plumbing, and renewable energy systems for commercial and industrial buildings.

Mr. Fleming’s commissioning and forensic engineering experience includes over 18 years of building commissioning, retro-commissioning, and retrofitting commercial mechanical systems.  Over 12 years of forensic engineering and failure experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.  Work troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC failures as well experience engineering solutions to failed or inefficient systems.
